Many of the community here might be heading back to school/work/study after a bit of a change in routine over the break.... is that you?

Looking after yourself well can be a balancing act, especially when you add a few more things into your routine.
So... how do you take care of yourself when things get busy (with study + life + cancer)? Do you have any routines or habits (like exercise, or beauty stuff) or even things (like new pens!) that help you get through?
