Sleep/Naps/Rest 101: what are your hints and tips?

Getting enough sleep and rest is one of the big obstacles when cancer comes into your life - that might be due to treatment/recovery, because you've taken on more caring and paid work roles, or because those unwanted 3am worries creep in. Being tired can make everything feel that little bit trickier too.
Soooo... I know lots of you have many strategies and handy hints on getting to sleep (or back to sleep, or even naps). What's worked for you? Or hasn't worked? Let's share!
