What are you doing for self care?


Hey everyone, My names Georgia and I'm one of the online Canteen Connect Leaders. During this unpredictable time there's a lot of stress and worry going round and I don't know about anyone else out there but when ever I get stressed or feel anxious the best way to help me relieve some of that is to practice self care, sometimes i'll go for a walk, have a skin care night, have a hot bath, or do some yoga (which I absolutely love!)

So what do you do for self care?
