Join the QLD Team and our special guest, Exercise Physiologist, Morgan Farley for an online pilates session focusing on gently building core strength, balance, endurance and flexibility. We'll also be exploring the benefits of exercise and how we can incorporate daily physical activity into our routines.
Who: This is an all-ages event open to all QLD Canteen young people
